Medical Research quick bucks for Pet
selling Ontario politicians Let
us see if this upsets you as much as it does us? It looks like the fate
of over 28,000 of Ontario’s pets are that they are going to be seized
from the arms of their families. This
is not the worst; as any sane person would think the worst that is going
to happen is they are going to be put to sleep. This
is, however, far from the truth. And the truth is sickening! The truth
is even Adolph Hitler believed what their fate seems to be is beyond
humane. Living in the USA and feel this does not affect you? You could not be
more mistaken. In
most places in the world, once pets are stolen from their rightful
owners by governments, they are offered up for sale. But they are not
sold to other homes or families. While some countries actually eat their
animals as custom, other countries sell them to Medical Research
Facilities that conduct vast arrays of experiments tantamount to the
tortures reminiscent of Nazi Germany in WWII. What does the seller (in this case the Ontario government) get in
return for your pet? $6.00 That’s
right! $6.00 to spend any way they see fit. What does the $6.00 provide
in return to the buyer? The ability to torture the pet in any way they
see fit. Some examples are organ rerouting, live dissection, radiation
experimentation, pain studies, chemical testing and more. A
standard scenario may consist of the dog being thrown into a cage only
to be inoculated with a disease. While the disease is growing they then
conduct experiments by doing such things as dripping chemicals into
their eyes to the point the eyes may dissolve from their sockets. Those
that survive are moved to chemical skin tests and being placed into
medical microwaves. Living
through this may “win” one the grand opportunity of going on to live
dissection and organ rerouting as the initial disease, which was first
inoculated, begins taking hold and the pet and its organs are studied
until death takes place. The
reason we suspect Pit Bulls and Rotties are especially desired as the
initial target of these studies is due to their high pain threshold and
endurance coupled with the false negative stigma they have been given by
the media and others of whom are equally unethical in their
representations. Medically speaking pets can be tortured for literally
months on end, possibly even indefinitely, and only being kept alive to
endure no end to such horrid treatment until death. If

someone’s household pet. Are you mad, awestruck and upset now? Where do THEY stand? Do
you know your official’s stance on the Pit Bull and Breed Specific
Legislation in your area? Do you wish to make clear to them how you feel
about their practices? One of our volunteers has done the grunt work for
you by providing individual contact information for Ontario, Canada as
well as an email-friendly mass list response system to make sending
representatives of Ontario a response within as little as five emails.
Simply copy and paste each paragraph of emails below into the BCC:
section of your email to be sent. Remember to check your spelling! When
completed, copy and paste the message into your email you have the first
email address list posted in, and hit send. When the first batch sends
then repeat. All responses
from everyone are important. Do not let it stop you that you do not live
in Ontario. The world is watching Ontario and many are replicating such
laws or considering doing so. Many in the USA are going ahead and
considering statewide legislation on the Pit Bull and Rottweiller
breeds. Two states that have already tabled the motions are
Texas and New Mexico. All
responses should be honest, and respectful. You
may want to send a very special one to Julia Munroe. Julia Munroe has put forth a bill as an alternative to Bryant's
anti-Pit Bull pro breed specific law initiatives. Julia Munroe’s Bill
holds bad owners responsible. The APBR and others in the Pit Bull community believe her Bill
could be better in that it could acknowledge the culpability of the
person bitten such as when an animal is being tormented or trespassed
upon. It could also hold irresponsible owners more accountable in a
proactive manner instead of waiting on a problem to happen. This could
in many cases simply be done by making owner’s punishment greater on
non-breed specific laws of humane treatment, responsible confinement,
and so on that are already in existence in most cases.

We
would like to send our prayers and deepest condolences to those that
have been affected by the recent Tsunami and ask all our readers to do
the same.
Pull Training * Some owners train puppies as
early as six weeks. However, most owners start a puppy
around 4 - 6 months old. The following steps are regarded as the
fundamentals of training a puppy to pull. * Each step requires approximately
30 minutes to 1 hour per day, 3 - 4 days per week, with lots of patience
and praise. Step #1: Leash Train Puppy
- (time: 5 - 10 days) Hint 1: Walk in front of puppy
instead of on the side. Hint 2: Walk to the end of the
leash and call the puppy toward you. Hint 3: If puppy
refuses to walk toward you, gently, but quickly tug leash until puppy
responds correctly. Step #2: Familiarize puppy
with training area such as a track or other area.
- (5 - 10 days) For example, leash walk puppy down track or a 10 - 15
foot straight walking area. This procedure should be done 10 - 15 times
per training session. Hint 1: Always use the same starting
position and ending position. Hint 2: Many owners only enter
track from the end and only exit the track from the end. This teaches
the puppy that there is only one way to enter or exit the track. Hint
3: At this stage many owners carry puppy back to starting position
each time, however other owners require puppy to walk back to the
starting position. Hint 4: Many owners train their dogs in sets.
For example, 15 leash walks down the track or other area would be done
in 3 sets of 5 walks with 5-minute rest periods after each set. Hint
5: If puppy does not perform the 5th walk appropriately (e.g.
refusing to walk or jump off track) correct puppy immediately by quickly
tugging down and pulling forward to end of area and then repeat the 5th.
Walk until puppy performs satisfactorily. The object is to teach the dog
that she/he must perform correctly in order to finish the pull. Hint
6: Many owners use a minimum of commands in a soft, yet firm voice
for a puppy, then reserve a louder voice for more advanced dogs. For
instance, a one-word command such as "work" or
"pull" is said while puppy is walking down track area. Step #3: Familiarize puppy
with pulling harness - (5
- 10 days) Do not attach any weight to harness. Repeat step 2 with
harness, leash, and collar. Hint 1: Do not start puppy with a
harness that is too tight or too short. A tight harness will irritate
the puppy and the stick of the short harness will hit the puppy's back
legs. Hint 2: Do not leave puppy unattended in harness, as they
will chew their way out of it. Hint 3: Many trainers simply play
with the dog while she/he is wearing the harness. Stay tuned to next month’s issue
where you will receive the remaining steps in successful pull training
instructions for your Pit Bull or other pull breed of choice.

it looks like this whole Pit Bull thing may have a political component.
We would like to hear your stance. We are looking to get at least one
representative from the US Republican community, the US Democratic
community, as well as other representatives from the USA and around the
world. Those who hold political office and wish to state your position
openly for the world to see are also invited. Each month we will try to
have a couple highlighted in our email Newsletter. These can be posted
anonymously if so wished but we do require adequate information to
enroll you to those eligible to have responses posted. Based
on responses we may include a section on our site to post even more than
we will highlight in our Newsletters. If
there proves to be enough interest in this program we will set up an
online roundtable blog to further discuss the issue. For
those who know your party, know its stance on pets with particular
interest to Pit Bulls, and would like to have them reviewed for
highlighting in our Newsletter and site posting feel free to enroll
here. We are looking to hear from all sides of the issue pro, con, neutral, pro
or against political party line, etc. Is dedication to one’s pets
greater than dedication to political party? Also is the “Pet
community” strong enough to dictate political change? Representatives
for Canada are needed NOW!!! Help
