Jack passed all categories with flying colors...except for ONE, meeting multiple dogs. He was just fine with the first, but got too excited around the second. Staff says he did not show aggression, just over excitement. Well Barbour County of course is FULL and cannot take him back, so SPCA is prepared to Euthanize this young, SWEET pup! She was found tied to a pole, attacked by another Dog and her puppies no where to be found. Blue has been eagerly awaiting her Furever Companion in Foster care since November. Blue is very loyal and obedient. She is absolutely wonderful with all Humans, including Children of all ages and Strangers. She has leash manners and is eager to please.
